Delete my Kapoopa account

Publisher: AKORIT SARL — Kapoopa app (iOS and kapoopa.app website)

How to do it

  1. In the app: Settings → “Delete my account”, then confirm with your password (leave it empty if you sign in with Google or Apple).
  2. On the website: sign in, open your profile → “Edit my information” → “Delete account”.
  3. By email, if you can no longer access your account: write to info@kapoopa.app from your account's email address. We handle requests within 30 days.

Withdraw your balance before deleting your account: it can no longer be withdrawn once the account is deleted.

Data deleted

Immediately and permanently: name, username, email address, phone number, password, profile picture, bio, country, identity documents and verification selfie, Google or Apple link, sign-in and notification tokens, follows, notifications and referral code.

Data retained

Attached to an anonymous “Deleted account”, and only for our legal and accounting obligations or to settle disputes: transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, winnings), challenges created, proofs submitted and reviews left. They are kept for the period required by law, then erased. See also our privacy policy.
